We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to partner with our Sales Director showcasing Alterna CX solution to enterprise clients. The successful candidate will be visiting prospect enterprise clients, assisting with proposals and SOWs, setting up demonstrations, explaining features and benefits to customers and designing solutions to meet specific customer needs.
- 5 years experience in Pre-Sales or Sales with a software applications company, ideally in enterprise (b2b) sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills including a passion to create win-win situations for clients and Alterna
- Proven ability to thrive in a challenging, demanding and rapidly changing environment without close supervision
- Ability to build trust with others and demonstrate high level of professionalism and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills
- BS/BA or equivalent degree is required ; computer engineering degree a plus
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, coupled with the ability to write high quality proposals and SOWs
- Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally when required
