The Role

Alterna’s Customer Success Team is a group of highly motivated individuals that live and breathe with Alterna’s customers. They cultivate valuable relationships; help realize our clients’ Customer Experience agenda and orchestrate solutions to any problems in our domain Alterna is successful, only if its customers are.

The Business Analyst is an integral part of our team and is concerned with bringing Alterna CX solution rapidly into execution at our clients. As a Business Analyst, you will

  • Analyze the client business requirements, industry-specific challenges, and IT environment by running structured workshops and meetings
  • Design the implementation of Alterna’s solutions for the Client. Primary areas
    • Data, channel and other types of integrations
    • System configurations
    • Generation of reports and dashboards
    • Required Machine Learning models
  • Follow a standard methodology and document all critical parts of the implementation project
  • Serve as a UAT contact for your projects
  • Work closely with the rest of the Customer Success team to ensure that the projects meet expectations; guide client teams as needed to support on-boarding; and help with support cases when they require specialized knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Development team to analyze, filter and convey the project requirements in the clearest manner, so they can work effectively and efficiently

 

Profile and Requirements

  • B.S in Computer / Industrial / Management Engineering or Management Information Systems
  • 3 years of work experience in a business analyst role (Banks, Telecoms or software firm experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with database systems, web applications, and B2B SAAS environments
  • Unrelenting drive to achieve the best results in line with client expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very high attention to details and passion for out-of-the-box problem solving
  • High level of English fluency (will work with International Clients)
  • Able to travel abroad (up to 6 weeks in a given year)
  • Male candidates should have no military obligations or should have deferred for 2 years
